The attached photo was taken by my son Greg at Uluru in April 2024 an inspirational time for both of us.
I have practiced Yoga for much of my adult life and have received the Diploma of Satyananda Yoga Teaching and have been teaching for nearly 22 years. Classes combine a balance of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. They are conducted during school terms at Torquay, Victoria.
Class Venue: Torquay Community House 14 Price Street Torquay.
Classes held on Fridays during School Terms during 2024 from 9.15am to 10.30am.
BYO mat, cushion, blanket and water bottle to classes.
