Kriya completed her Diploma of Satyananda Yoga Teaching at Mangrove Yoga Centre in 2003 and has been teaching yoga in the Blue Mountains ever since. Her day job is as a Remedial Massage Therapist and Lymphoedema Therapist. She has taught massage since 2001 and brings her passion for alignment and strength into her teaching.
Kriya teaches in Katoomba at the Inner Space on Monday evenings 6 - 7.30pm - usually during school terms only.
